At the heart of Freshwater Harmony Counselling Services is our deep belief in the right of each person to be mentally healthy, supported, valued, and thriving.

We recognise each person’s unique lived experiences, and the strengths, aspirations, and values they bring on their counselling and life journey.

We are committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and the community through

Individual counselling

Mental health education

Mental health and wellbeing coaching

My hope with Freshwater Harmony Counselling Services is to help communities and individuals listen intently to one another and start important conversations that connect people and nurture a sense of belonging.

My hope for my clients is that they know they have a safe, welcoming, and calm space to explore what matters to them and for them to leave each session with increased insight, validation, and self-compassion.
