Supporting Mental Health Literacy
Mental ill-health impacts each of us either directly or indirectly. The impacts can be profound and affect people from all walks of life, whatever their background, education, career or stage of life.
Mental ill-health can be pervasive and unrelenting, having a significant and long-lasting impact on all aspects of someone’s life, including their education, work and relationships.
Freshwater Harmony Counselling Services works with individuals, businesses and groups to reduce stigma and develop the competency, knowledge and confidence to pay attention, respond and support someone experiencing mental ill-health or a crisis.
